@Alan and TheCall - Welcome to the TTW initiation phase, I went through the same effort however after a lot of patience, it will work.  Congrats Alan for bringing the game online.

@TheCall, from experience, your error is also indicative of this (also see Zax's suggestion above as well), notice you need both 2010 and 2012, AND x86 AND x64 ...

  The installer requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable SP1 (if your operating system is x64 (64-bit), make sure you install both the x86 (32-bit) and x64 (64-bit) versions).

  If you don't already have Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable (download for x86 or x64) on your computer, you will need to install that as well.

This is normal for TTW 2.4a so do not worry about it for this release.

The next thing you will experience will be what Alan experienced.  Use NMM to install Main and Options FOMOD not FOMM.  I tried using FOMM, and for some reason it does not see all of the ESMs in the FOMOD.  If it does not install the first time, cancel it out of NMM, and try again.  You DO NOT want  ANY error messages during the FOMOD install with NMM.  TTW is very picky and the FOMOD install in NMM must be flawless.
