complete rebuild from scratch
complete rebuild from scratch
same style error message
but the object id has been different all four times I've tried to activate the mod in NMM.
windows 7 64 bit i7 920 6g ram.
was playing ttw 1.4 as a fomod right up until trying to install this.
Was going to add that NV runs with NVSE but that's irrelevant at this point, since I can't get the fomod activate.
NMM equals 0.45.7

running steam off line --- does this make a difference?

That seems like an old NMM.
That seems like an old NMM. Grab the latest version and make it Large Address Aware (just type Large Address Aware into Google and it should pop up with a program or two). Try it again.

thanks, I think I have to use
thanks, I think I have to use the fnv4gb.exe because unless they have changed steam making NV large memory aware isn't allowed by steam. But I did contact Beth when I discovered that and suggested they fix it. Maybe they have.
mod manager is up to 0.47.3 so will update from 0.45.7
----
by the way it helps when editing to fix the memory setting on the GECK -- I'm guessing you all know that.
---
will try as soon as the NMM downloads...

Again, make NMM Large Address
Again, make NMM Large Address Aware, not NV. You've got the 4GB patcher for the main game.

downloaded newest NMM... still same message... different object id but same message.
At this point the 4g is irrelevant because we aren't even trying the game...

in NMM it completes the
in NMM it completes the entire task as show by the completetion bar then after several minutes of doing nothing it posts the error message.
Okay, decided to get tricky and 7z the mainfile and told NMM to activate that. Same format error message different object number.
