Exiting the station in Washington, D.C. after two week transit from New Vegas.

I was successful in making the transit to Washington, D.C., but am unable to exit the station. My world map indicates that I am still in New Vegas. Any suggestions on how to get out and continue the adventure?

Are you using a save from New Vegas?

In which interior cell, specifically do you find yourself unable to proceed?

There is a quest to make free passage into Union Station Tracks, but there aren't any inaccessible doors that would be preventing you from moving from Union Station Tracks into the ground floor level of Union Station beforehand.
