XP Reduction not working?

Hey, So I've been playing TTW and using the XP reduction that comes with TTW options. I'm currently level 20 and it has felt like I haven't been leveling any slower than normal, so i just checked the Fallout Wiki and the current xp between level 20 and 21 isn't any different than the base game (32500 between 20 and 21). I have it checked in the MCM, is it just that it doesn't take effect until higher levels or is it not working? Anywhere with specific numbers for what the XP between levels should be?

It doesnt start affecting things until your higher leveled.Around level 30 or so is when you should start noticing it.

That is because the XP Reduction does not change the values for the next level, it reduces the xp you gain instead.

If I recall correctly, in the past it started kicking in after level 10 and would apply a new decrease of XP (10%) gained every 6 or 7 levels (as in, every new 6 or 7 levels the effect would make you start gaining even less xp from that point on). I don't know if it ever got changed in newer versions, but I don't remember it changing.
