I was innocently traveling through Rivet City and happen to hear a commotion on the other side of a door, so naturally I picked the lock to render assistance.
There was Segrave Holmes in his sleep yelling "Damned Ghouls" and "Kill em all". I realized it was just a racist little dream, so collected payment for services rendered and carried on.
Are the dreams random? Or is Seagrave a member of a hidden anti-ghoul faction?
