Funny encounter with the reputation optional mod

Post by Question » Thu Jul 23, 2015 12:30 am

I killed Mr Burke, which effectively set me to vilified with tenpenny towers. I then went to the towers, and was able to get in through the intercom with the bribe. However, everyone was already hostile to me because of the reputation system. I killed all the guards and Alistair, then came back a few ingame weeks later. All the other NPCs are calmly walking around and still telling me to talk to the deceased security chief gustavo about the ghouls, and they dont seem to remember me running in guns blazing before.

What current gameplay effects does the optional reputation system have anyway, other than making everyone magically know you killed a faction member even if there are no witnesses?

If they are light armor, they

If they are light armor, they should benefit from the perk. If the team excluded them on purpose, the should not have. Those perks are New Vegas perks, and should work the way they work in New Vegas; affecting ALL light armor. If the team wants to exclude those items, they should change them to medium or heavy armor.

I doubt, however, that this was an intentional change made by the team.

I suspect you intended this post to be in the other thread about Pitt light armors and not Tennpenny hostility. It must be confusing. Question has many, many threads:)

My computer specs are too embarrassing to reveal, but the game still runs.
