I know I should start TTW with new game in Capital Wasteland, but I do not want to play a new character yet so I'm insist trying to play TTW with my New Vegas character. If you don't like, just don't watch the video.

That is... an interesting workaround. I wouldn't have thought it would be that easy. Since you start at the very beginning of the quest chain, IDK if it would trigger many bugs at all, unless you missed a quest flag or something. Everything should follow through as smoothly as normal.
Although this method does have better continuity with FO3, as being born as a grown man explains why Catherine died so suddenly from childbirth.
