Why Just FNV Weapons?

Your posts were quite clear and understanding what you were explaining does not require fluency in "modspeak". Apart from that, in my TTW game I find all kinds of FO3 weapons such as Assault Rifles, Chinese Assault Rifles, Chinese Pistols, etc early on. Granted the Chinese Assault Rifles do not appear right away but the others do.

Well the point of this thread has been achieved and the answers the OP was looking for were given, I will be closing this thread now before it gets spammed even more.
