Way too many plugins. Get below 100 max.

You show "mmm-merged" and other Marts esps. Deadboy has a TTW-marts on here use it and drop all the others.

Those mods are converted to be used with TTW.

Any of the FNV overhaul mods may have issues due to how they used FO3 records. I'm not familiar with FOOK-NV in this regard, search the forums for it.

I'm sure others will chime in but that's a start

Not to mention that you have mods that are directly competing with each other for the kind of things they do, aka WMX, and WME in the same install, and no merge patch of any kind. As far as I know FOOK isn't compatible with TTW, and unlikely to be patched to make it so.
