Quick Question about TTW Armor

Hi! I am highly enjoying this mod, it's wonderful! I do have one question for you guys, though.

I've noticed that TTW adds leveled armor to the Talon Company mercs and the Regulators. Makes sense, after all, they're no threat if we can just keep getting too strong for them. However, while I've killed plenty of Talon mercs and collected Talon combat armor, the reinforced version, and the reinforced Mk 2, when it comes to Regulators I've only found the plain duster, the armored duster, and the armor reinforced. Is there a Regulator combat armor, reinforced Mk 2? Or should I just accept that the only better duster-based-armor is the Elite Riot Gear?

Regulator duster, Regulator Combat Armor, and Regulator Combat Armor Reinforced. Those are the 3 armors that the Regulators will spawn with under Vanilla TTW.
