Hotfix for this gladly only cosmetic issue:

Can be removed after it was at least loaded once in the game and the game saved afterwards.

(edit: I removed the file because the encounter which this radiostation belongs too is broken beyond repair in the actual TTW version, sorry but fix makes no sense atm.)

If it's here again then someone is near you who produces it. You should look for him. Or ignore him and leave the area then it's gone again.

Yea, i did it in Caesar's Tent in the Fort and it did not fix the issue (the radio channel re appeared after i removed the .esp

Atm. is the best tip I can give is to ignore this radio station completely. The encounter is fully broken in the actual version of TTW. Update will come with the next version of TTW (hopefully).
