Enclave Enforcer power armor

The npc that you take out as your escaping the enclave base didnt spawn. Is it not included in the game? I tried looking through fnvedit and didnt see it which shouldve answered my question but Im really hoping I just missed it. lol

IIRC that is not from TTW, it's from the FO3 part of EVE.

He spawned for me, I killed him [eventually], then he disintegrated into a pile of black dust. Armor and all :(

Pretty cool scripting though :)

lol What the hell I thought it was a vanilla armor. I feel a little foolish...
