The TTW Optionals are work in progress and can bug certain things or are as yet incomplete. The Rebalance one alters enemies to be easier. The XP reduction one is something that PN already does. Also because I want a controlled environment for the challenge without anything that can effect the game play itself being optional, outside flashlight nvse which is a huge help early game and something I play with myself.

Ok Roy, I have started.

Going to be a different way for me to play this for sure, since I loved WMX, but load order is set and I just got out of the vault. Wow... the guards had me burning quite a few of those early stims. This is going to be fun.
