I can tell a few people on here do. Also a few of my friends do as well. Personally I spend more time in DC, but on most of my plays I spend a good 30 hours in the Mojave before going back to DC. I can see why somebody would use TTW JUST for Fallout 3 as it is insanely more stable on FNV engine. Thoughts?
Who here plays TTW just for a stable Fallout 3?

I actually was just
I actually was just considering this. With the NV engine, plus the bugfix/enginefix mods my Fallout 3 runs like never before. I have never played through the entirety of "Wasteland Survival Guide" with fast traveling and never experienced a glitch or crashed. Now the real test will be when I try the DLC's, those were a disaster the last time I tried a TTW play through of FO3.

Honestly I had no problem
Honestly I had no problem with Fo3. The only time I had instability was when I installed FOOK. After a while I gave up on that dream and found fun in many other mods. Honestly though I just like being able to play MZC with the weapons and other stuff I have from NV and it's mods.

I really love FO3 and It is
I really love FO3 and It is great to be able to play it with the upgraded stability and features of NV. My computer no longer bursts into flames when I so much as think about installing mods. But that's not the only reason I play TTW, It's a great mod in all aspects. In fact it almost feels wrong to call TTW a mod, it's good enough to be considered an unofficial DLC.

I believe it is a combination
I believe it is a combination of the Devs tweaking FO3 to work with the FONV engine plus other tweaks. In addition, other mods that have been released or techniques learned since then such as running FNVedit checking for errors, creating a merge patch, installing utilities such as NVAC, and the list goes on.

I like both wastelands
I like both wastelands equally, and travel between them very often. I never realized that people were having stability issues on plain FO3. For me, that one ALWAYS ran more smoothly and crash free than NV.

I used to avoid certain areas
I used to avoid certain areas like a bullied kid in F3, cos I knew it could easily crash, the game was always on a cliff-edge in terms of CTD's. I remember it like it was yesterday. In fact, I gave up on the Fallout series because of it.
Now in TTW, in those same areas, I can have a human and dog companion, blow some cars up, while using graphics mods and tweaking my ini also.
And it won't crash.

For some reason, on my new PC
For some reason, on my new PC FNV (even vanilla) was just a crash-fest. So I never really had the same experience lol. Until I got NVAC, Stutter remover, Zan auto purge crash protector and the 4gb mod....now it's as stable as can be. It does still crash but it's very rare.

It's funny, my PC hates Fo3,
It's funny, my PC hates Fo3, no idea why. I can run Skyrim on 40 fps, NV on 60, but only get 20 on Fo3.
