"Install Info" folder in the root folder of NV

What is the use of this folder, and what tool does create this folder?

There are some InstallLog.xml's in it and an overwrite folder which contains some mods with a strange "xxxxxxxx" prefix and a menues, meshes, sound and textures folder.

It's quite big too.

I am using LOOT, Wyre and FOMM for my mod management.

I can't tell you what creates it, but I use FOMM since forever and don't have that folder.

My guess would be that it is one of the other ones you mentioned.

FOMM creates it. If it's not in your game folder you can go to FOMM settings and see where it's installed. It's all the info that keeps track of overwrites and such so you can properly uninstall a mod.

Indeed TJ is right, I don't have that folder because mine is in "E:\Games\FalloutNV\Install Info" my bad...
