I did a search and couldn't find anything on this topic.
If I uninstall TTW, will I be unable to use/cause major issues to my FO:NV save? Or will it just give me the usual 'content is missing do you want to load anyway blablabla' message?

No TTW, doesn't touch the NV side of things, so you should be able to uninstall without issue (except for the obvious of no longer having access to DC and DC-only items). I would make sure you are in the NV world space before uninstalling though.

The mod itself was fantastic, but I need to clear up space, and I was noticing a few performance issues (I play on a laptop) and crashes every so often.
I'm gonna be reinstalling it in a few months when I finally get my new rig set up.
Ok, rather than starting a new thread, I'll piggy-back onto this one. So, I would like to remove the previous version of TTW before installing 2.4a. Problem is, I don't remember which files aside from the TTW esps need to be removed. Is there a list somewhere that someone could refer me to?
I could be mistaken, but I think everything is contained in .bsa files for the most part so TaleofTwoWastelands.esm, any TaleofTwoWastelands.bsa files, Fallout3.esm and .bsa, all FO3 DLC related .esm and .bsa files, and any TTW optional esps you may have installed.

Not really, but so long as you remove the esps and bsas, and then install 2.4 over top, everything will work out fine
Aside from that, I can generalize, TTW copies the music and video folder from FO3 and extracts the radio songs music from the FO3 sounds BSA
... Forgot about the Music, Video, and Radio files. My bad.
