Ok, so I was told by the author of URWL NV that his mod could be made compatible with TTW, URWL NV works fine with TTW there's no crashes or anything but the issue is that without the right ISMs and the correct worldspace, URWL NV will not function in the CW, Anchorage, the Pitt, Point Lookout, etc. So how would I go about doing this right? I already tried to add the CW's worldspace into URWL NV through FNVEdit by using URWL ENB for FO3 as a reference. Otherwise, I would just merge both mods together, to make one single weather mod that functions in both FO3 and FONV
Now for the "other mods" part, I'd also like to add FNV mod items into the CWs factions. I tried this as well with some of Millenia's weapons (they're in vendor lists though), which adds items to leveled lists through script, what I tried to do was to add those factions to the respective scripts through FNVedit as well, it didn't work. I'm wondering if I should have modified the script through GECK instead.
