How many ENB and how many do not?

Post by KeltecRFB » Thu Sep 18, 2014 1:26 pm

After (5+) ENB presets and version 263, I have decided to switch back to heavily modified and optimized vanilla using Dynavision 3.  While there are really good presets with no major hits on performance (because everyone almos thinks this the reason people revert back), I was having a hard time finding a preset that I like with IMOD/Night vision support.  Honorable mentions of course go out to BlackOut and Old World.

Who else reverted back, or took a quick look then switched back, or never used ENB.

I've tried alot of ENBs for TTW/ FNV. Currently I use E ENB, but I prefer only that or Onyx ENB. Camo has asked me to give 2.0 a shot so I'll be switching back to that for a while. As for Nightvision / IMODs: there's a patch on Nexus that will enable nightvision on any ENB. It's quite nice. So if that's the only reason you dropped ENBs... go back.

I'll give it a shot again.  The last time I used it was still being developed.  Thank you!

I think it's still being worked on. It's progressed greatly since the first time I used it to patch an ENB.

I have only tried using ENB

I have only tried using ENB on Skyrim and it caused more trouble than it was worth. It was the lets improve performance version and it marginally did, but caused lots of crashes.

Plus in my 6 weeks weeks of playing with it - the community was a bit overwelming.  I would attempt to look up information and I would find a lot of unnecessary snark; so it was not encouraging to ask for help.  Felt it was just not worth the hassle.
It is likely that some weather mods will experience compatibility issues with RWL, however this mod utilizes custom weather resources, and may be partially compatible with other weather mods.
Do you just use RWL with it or do you also use a weather mod?
