Dynavision 3 is good for me.

I ENB - I'm surprised at how many people do not! Everyone really should try some of them. I used to refuse to ENB because I didn't understand what they were, but now I cannot imagine playing a Bethesda game without one. NV is so old now most players will have a computer capable of running them. I use Rudy ENB and it makes the game look simply beautiful, almost next-gen, while being totally stable with very little performance loss.

However I've noticed ENBs do not work correctly with TTW. Namely, they do not display correctly in the Capital Wasteland. The interior lighting will be fine but outdoors during the day the lighting will be bindingly bright and oversaturated, and at night the moonlight will be overly bright. Not sure why, I've tried this with TTW and no mods installed and get the same thing every time, even when trying to use the FO3 version of the ENB.

The hardest part about ENB is finding the one that is perfect for you. But when you do, it adds more to the game than any combination of gameplay mods ever could.

ENBs work just fine with TTW, you just have to pick the right ENB. ENBs work just fine with FNV4GB, and actually have a benefit for Modders. Put the d3d9.dll in your exe folder and in your 4gb folder and NOT in your FNV folder and you get the benefit of Skyrim ENB's 'Ignore Creation Kit' feature: Namely the ENB works just fine with the game but doesn't try to load when you launch GECK. Everything else goes in the normal places. For Wasteland Neutral ENBs E and Onix are both good choices, though the latest version of Onix turns hair meshes funny colors.

I don't use ENB. If I wanted everything to look like Retrica, I'd visit facebook.

I'll be converted to ENB if somebody explains how to get good anti-aliasing with it.  Every tutorial/ENB config I've ever tried never seems to let me have AA, and I mean... what's the point of all of the pretty stuff when everything is jaggy?

Plus for some reason the DC area gets really laggy on my game. It's nowhere near as bad in vanilla FO3 so I presume it's something to do with how FNV is doing it instead. With any kind of decent looking ENB I get down to single-figure FPS and it's unplayable. It's a shame 'cos I like how some of them look... except for the dark, of course. I have trouble finding one that suits my tastes during the day and doesn't force me to constantly fiddle with settings just to be able to see at night/in interiors.

You can sort of mimic the effects with the Imaginator mod - just turn up the saturation, and use one of the Cinemator presets (can't remember which one) to add a bit of blur/soft focus to help hide edges.

I could never play without an ENB after finding one that looks nice. My personal favorite for TTW is Ewi's E ENB, it looks AMAZING in the DC wasteland, and not pink-ish like Rudy ENB or overly bright, or to saturated, etc. Some screenshots to see the beauty for yourselves - (Legacy RWL until it's updated for TTW support and E ENB with SMAA, also note that the sun only looks that bright if you look directly at it, which I love.)

Looks OK for screenshots, but I can see the jaggies and they alias really bad when you move. I just can't stand that, it looks awful and is distracting. I'll sacrifice a pretty sun for none of that any day.
