Will I be able to find all of Project Nevada's equipment if I never leave the CW?

Or do the changes to loot list made by the equipment module only apply to the Mojave?

it really depends on which lists PN changed I don't know for sure but some lists are shared between the games and items may show up in both wastelands. Venders will likely not have the loot but, there is a random chance that other NPC's will.

I played with maybe a half dozen weapon packs so my info is a bit iffy, but I swear a lot of DC merchants I ran into had mod added weapons.

Regardless, as chuck said, enemies will defo have them. As for whether you can get 100% of the added weapons, that depends on whether or not you have other weapon packs and how much time you have to kill.

I'm pretty sure you will not find the unique items (Vault Power Armor etc. because they not in a list and only placed in on place). FOr the rest, they should overlap but all, I can not say.
