Well it's mostly just me, and yes it's sort of a WIP. Just needs to be worked on. The lack of loot rarity changes in DC would not be gamebreaking in any way. Technically rarifying the loot breaks the game more, since they designed the game to have all that useless junk.


It's a pretty easy fix, just very tedious as it involves finding every single leveled item list associated with a type of item (ammo for example) and adding a global to override the preset rarity chance. In actual fact, I beleive that TTW DC area uses a lot of the ammo lists from FNV, which means that at least those will carry over. Food and junk lists are different for the most part, to account for the differences in items between games, so those need updating.


I'm always open to people who want to help with any small part of PN. Someone volunteering to make those changes would save me the trouble and speed things up some. There's plenty to do and I'm good at explaining it.

Exhistance 2.0 FNV version works fine for me w/o tweaks.  You just have to make the trip to Nevada for the radio station to start up.


You could use a quest command and make it start.  I just COC Goodsprings and COC Springvale back to F03 to get exsistance to work.

and specifically check out the FWE-esque preset, which replicates the FWE settings in Project Nevada. It really did the trick for me. I really missed FWE, but with Gribbleshnibit8's mod and that preset, the game feels so much more familiar now, just like the olden days. :)

Still, most fun I've ever had with Fallout. A shame it took like 6 years for me to make the jump from the console version.

Its too bad that FWE dont work with TTW.


I downloaded FWE and installed it with NMM, and then i did the script thing. But the whole game is then a lag fest.


I personally love FWE more then Project Nevada.

What you need is to download Project Nevada : Extra Options, and load up the FWE preset. It uses the same values that they used in FWE, so the experience is much like FWE. I always play this way; I loved FWE.

But there are more little things that i miss with PN. Weapon repair with scrap metal, explosion breach FWE option etc.

weapon repair with scrap metal isn't as important with Jury Rigging, and PN has explosive breach, too
