Assuming the Earache42 that
Tbh i know very little about the issues there were concerning the BOE mod, it has been a while ago and I only found out about it after it was removed from the nexus i think. I found the mod somewhere else a while back. So if i am out of line or opening old wounds mentioning the BOE mod i apoligize in advance.

Thought he got booted off for
Thought he got booted off for the conversion of Ling's with out prior approval. At least that's what I've *heard* is why Ling's isn't on the NV Nexus site. Then again I'm the sort that doesn't like 'fan service' armors, frilly dresses and other impractical things out in the wasteland. >.< So I could be wrong on that, I don't pay close attention to such details until a mod comes along that requires it, like the Shojo race mod, then I either skip the mod or pay attention to the fan service armor mod requirement. Or find why the mod requires the fan service armor and 'fix' it for my own personal use. >.<

I had a similar problem;
I had a similar problem; However, this was not an issue once I reached about level 10-12. I am now happily killing mutants for profit!

Regarding mutie balance: I do wish AP ammo was a bit more commonplace, but honestly, if your sneak skill is even mediocre-to-average you should be able to worm your way through Galaxy News Radio without getting your face torn off. The Mall is a different story, but a few stealth boys will have GnR singing again, and that's my usual course of action.

Heh, I'm sort-of in the same boat. Though, I will admit I've been having a lot of fun playing through the game with my apparel limited to hats, sunglasses and jewelry. My courier is currently wearing a top hat, aviators, a Valence Radii-Accentuator, a gold neckchain(Sodding neck seams), and that's it. Not sure how total nudity ranks on the "Impractical, frilly crap" scale, but it is rather fun to play through the game that way. Sometimes I do wish that NPCs would react to the exposed titties in front of them, though. Funny dialogue options/passing comments/etc.
My companions are usually decked out in either a pristine business suit or a Metallica tee, though.

The goal of TTW is replicate FO3, but with FNV's upgrades. This add-on, in my opinion, does a pretty good job of doing that. I am kicking around the idea of merging this plug-in into TTW directly and letting a mod boost their power for people who feel it is necessary.

If this happens, can we get an optional .esp instead of a mod? Just one to restore the original values of them. I'm really enjoying how difficult SM are, because they're that difficult in NV. The arguments put forward for them being weaker are good, but personally I just don't buy it. Why would DC need the BOS if I could just walk in with a .10mm and pop three rounds of in them? It's ridiculously easy to clear the trenches at the Mall in vanilla FO3 - in TTW, I'm running around like an idiot trying to stay out of the line of fire. Which is how I feel FO3 was supposed to be.

I have to agree with
I have to agree with CourierSix. Its kinda nice to stumble upon a fight with Brotherhood (or Outcasts) vs supermutants and not know who will win. I've seen a sew fights go either way.

I mean, there's dialogue in
I mean, there's dialogue in game about super mutants ripping apart power armor like the soldiers inside were cans of meat. That really does line up with the game as it is now, where there's a danger of dying by Super Mutants regardless of your level and gear if you're not prepared.

i gotta go with couriersix.
i gotta go with couriersix. it is funny how on one thread people are taking about the lack of any challenge at hiher levels but threads like this it's just the opposite. SM and BoS should be on par with eachother. one CM vs one BoS and the out come should be 50-50. intelct and tech vs brute strength.

i would like to point out
i would like to point out that since DC super mutants and NV super mutants are also different species. they actually should be different. it makes less since for them to have the same stats.

Also DC mutants were made
Also DC mutants were made when there was no AP rounds
and are found much earlier than the NV ones
so they were easier in FO3 and there are the SM Behemoth and SM Overlord in DC too. I think TTW SM should be like the FO3 SM are and then have an optional plugin to make them harder
