weapons and armor

I haven't got this mod yet but i am planning to and would just like to ask, if i download this mod can I use armor and weapons from dc in the mojave and vice a versa, or do i have download something else for that?

Yep cross-wasteland is all set up. Even companions can go cross wasteland.
