And this happened. I also noticed Doctor Li didn't ask me about what's his face and his heart problem.

This is seeming less and less like a patch solution and more like a warez distro fix.

IIRC it is undeground not underwater.


Just try to search citadel underground and I am sure the solution will be there in one of those posts.
