I am seriously thinking about starting a new game to experience the Fallout 3 side of things in TTW. Honestly, it's SO much fun! Playing through Anchorage on PN and Very Hard with a laser rifle and scope on a level 3 character. It was badass. I wanna try it for real. But given that I don't want to actually play out a NV story, I want to do some things that might well....make the game melt.
What I want to do is have the DLCs of NV as stand in for training games of my two "Lone wanderer" characters back in Vault 101. So after exiting the Vault I want to 'coc' to the Mohave, activate the NVEC optional mods on Doc Mitchell's doorstep and do the DLCs. I really love TrickyVein's Union Station, but it's tedious to fight through when you're not ready. I also want to teleport Arcade to the CW thereafter, as that's the closest stand-in I've seen for male twin. Not perfect, but he's a well educated, soft spoken, Lawful Good scientist, which is Brian St. Vincent to a tee except the looks and being gay, though that's not relevant for what mechanically will be another pack mule. Then reset the game's internal time to that wondrous day the twins emerged from their hole to begin an epic killing spree for Great Justice. Also loot. But mostly Great Justice.
Are these things going to melt the game or otherwise render it unplayable?
