Is it possible to activate Blood Borhters by Console command?

I've never really gotten to do much of the blood brother sidequest (where you take blood samples from dead supermutants), because by the time I've completed Broken Steel most of the supermutants are long dead. I'm wondering is there a way to turn on the quest via console command at the beginning of the game, better yet, just as dead supermutants all have blood samples on them. Won't be able to cash them in for a long time but I'll have them.

Pretty sure no since it's an unmarked quest.

Pretty sure that if you wait a few game days, they'll respawn. ;)
