Not sure if I would classify it as a bug or if it was intentional but the TestQAItems cell is supposed to hold all of FO3's content in one convenient space, if you haven't been you really should go, the sleeping guy is always ready for a good chat. Joking aside, instead it contains a mishmash of FNV and FO3, containing mostly FNV weapons and only some of it's uniques (no I didn't take any, I was just curious, honest). Was this by design by the TTW team or is it a bug of some kind?
