Maybe i'm missing something, but isn't the patch for the preorder pack goodies supposed to give you the equipment as soon as you leave the vault 101? it doesn't do anything for me...

GET STUFF: After leaving vault alert popups add courier gear.

FrenzySlave is right, the stash options plugin is only for people who don't want to get all four stash packs. If you only ever use the classic pack and nothing else, for example, simply tick only the classic pack plugin and ignore the stash options completely.
