I'm new to the site and after looking around the forums for a while I gave up and decided just to make an account and make a thread. I started my game in D.C. and left the Capital at level 22. At this point I just want to know when the quest "Under the Weather" will end. It's been at least 3 level up's since I got the quest and on one of those three I took a perk which had raised my all my SPECIAL points below three to 5. So I guess my question is, when will the quest end and what will happen to my stats when it does?
