Hello I've managed to install TTW on enplczru version of game.
If you have got a problem with installing it then this is tutorial for you.
The secret is that you HAVE TO install both Fallout 3 and Fallout NV in English version and then install TTW normally.
If you still have problems with your game uninstall Fallout and start over again.
I know that it's really small tutorial but I think somebody can find it helpful.
