In the vanilla game NPC combat dialogue wasn't set properly so as a result, only the first lines of NPC combat barks will ever play, instead of picking a random one from a pool of many more.
I'm aware that YUP fixes Ulysses' combat barks as it includes moburma's Ulysses bark fix, but nothing else is mentioned about other NPCs' combat dialogue.
I mention that last bit because TTW fixes (as far as I'm aware) used YUP as one part of its foundations so I'm wondering if generic/other named NPCs have had their dialogue fixed as well. The changelog doesn't mention anything from YUP though so I just want to confirm.
EDIT: seems like moburma's outside bets mod fixes up combat barks from what the mod page says, so I'm curious if the version of outside bets on this site incorporates these changes.
