I've been having an issue for a while and I've just been dealing with it, now I'm tired of dealing with it.
I have a crippled arm, torso and leg. My healthbar, however, is full. As a result, Doctors wont treat my crippled body. I need to find a corner and throw a grenade into it or find a high place to jump off of. Getting really fucking tired of it.
Is there a fix?
just use a doctorbag or some stims in your status menu
When you say, 'doctors won't treat (your) crippled limb', can you be a little more clear? When you tell them to heal your crippled limb does it do nothing or do they not have the dialog option? Is it all doctors or some? Are you playing hardcore or not?
And ALL bug type posts REQUIRE a pastebin'd or text filed load order so we can even attempt troubleshooting.
Long standing bug in the game, if your health is 100%, no heals for you.

The option is there, but the doctor says "You look fine to me" because my health is 100%, it's my limb condition that sucks. It seems to be all Doctors in the capital wasteland at least. Haven't been to Vegas yet. I'm on hardcore mode so stimpaks is a no go.
Added the load order as a file because it turns into a mess of text.
