Anchorage reward Winterized Combat Armor

Hello TTW Team,

I am really enjoying this mod you have put together thank you! I have a question and I wasnt sure if it was a bug or intended, but I just ran through Anchorage, no bugs very flawless, but when I exited and went to collect the reward the combat armor was missing. I went to previous save before I arrive and it was not present. I tried going through FNVedit to see anything would be editing the cell or space only thing I can find was from TTWFixes which appears to be Gary23 and a box, which I doubt was it that plugin. Has anybody experienced this?

You don't get the Winterized Combat Armor outside of the simulation in vanilla Fallout 3.

Pokepunch is right, the Winterized Combat Armor was never accessible outside the simulation.

You could try this mod, but it is quite old and I haven't seen the author for a long time so I'm not sure if it still works or not:

winterized PA, otoh, is there and very much the reward.

I've been using FWE so long that I assumed the Winterized Combat Armor was a vanilla reward.
