Tale of Two wastelands Hardcore mode question

Just a short question concerning the TTW mod

Is the hardcore mode from fallout:New Vegas available in fallout 3? I've been looking around for mods that mimic New Vegas's hardcore mode and haven't found any ,but was wondering if this mod fully implements the hardcore mode feature into fallout 3.

And if the answer is yes ,do food,drinks and beds in fallout 3 qualify as items to fulfill the hunger, thirst and sleep stats in the hardcore mode.

(I know this mod merges the content from FO3 and FNV but didn't know if a feature like Hardcore mode was fully supported in the fallout 3 portion , which is why im asking here as I didn't know where else to look to find this information.)

yes, and yes. also, moira's food sanitizer makes them better.

Also the Capital Wasteland has less campfires so I recommend using the optional TTW file "More_Cooking_Items" so you can use BBQ grills to cook too and in TTW you can also buy a hotplate for your Megaton house or Tenpenny Suite so you can also cook home .

And in addition TTW adds specific Capital Wasteland recipes so you can cook things with DC specific ingredients .
