Fallout New Vegas Loading screen wheel is different.

I don't know where to ask this question, since I've been watch Gopher's videos

while playing the game. However I have notice there is loading screen wheel which is rotating and colored in. I'm not sure which mod made this possible, I was thinking it was NMC texture pack, but it doesn't seem like. I'm still confused in which mod made the colorful loading screen wheel, can someone help me to understand it.

NMC's texture pack does replace the loading wheel.

Beyond that, you may have to provide a screenshot of your game to help others identify something to help you understand the thing.

I can't provide with anything because I'm still using the same loading wheel, it's on some video's including Gopher's video for New Vegas, the roulette wheel is color inside. When opening a door.

Yes, Thank you. It wasn't in picture on nexus, so I didn't know where it was.
