Just found out about this from a friend and it looks amazing, I was just wondering if all the "upgrades" that make it run FO3 in the NV engine make the PC version of FO3 crash less? I was playing 3 with a couple of mods to make things look better but had to stop because it wouldn't stop crashing on me...So i was hoping maybe this would fix it AND add awesomeness

The consensus is generally yes, you will have a more stable Fallout 3 experience: https://taleoftwowastelands.com/content/who-here-plays-ttw-just-stable-fallout-3

However, it's important to remember that mods lead to decreasing stability.  Totally vanilla TTW - no mods - is incredibly stable.  You can play for hours with no crashes as long as your PC is up to snuff.  The more mods you add, however, the worse your stability will become.

What happens depends A LOT on what mods they are and your PC specs.  For example, if you have a 512mb video card and you add a bunch of huge texture packs, you're going to have a lot of crashes.  If you have a powerful PC but select small mods with minimal game impact, you can have a very stable experience with a hundred mods.

Another upside is that you can (well, must) use NVSE and it supports sheson's memory fix.

For me it's x20 more stable, and that's actually a conservative estimate...and I do not exaggerate...of course nvse/nvac/4gb is in my game too
