Yew's Charm and Bobbleheads

Hi! I've resolved the Oasis quest by accelerating Harold's growth with Laurel's liniment and befriending Yew with a speech check. When I asked Yew for a reward, she gave me her charm, which permanently increases my Speech by 10, just like in vanilla Fallout 3.


Also, the Speech, the Lockpick, and the Charisma Bobbleheads increase my Speech, Lockpick, and Charisma by 10 for the skills and 1 for the attribute (with the Bobbleheads plugin). I recall reading a thread about that plugin, saying it hasn't changed them yet.

Hm, it did say it would increase the rate of how much fame you get while the Charisma bobblehead should increase your companions' damage output and DT by 10%. As for the Lockpick bobblehead, I think it should increase the covered area of the spot you can pick without bringing stress on the pin.

yeah, those weren't working/unimplemented, and no one changed the descriptions back.


the lockpick idea would work if fallout used the skyrim LP minigame, but it doesn't.
