In and around the Super Duper Mart area I experience a big drop in frames then crash 5-10 seconds later. I don't think I have mods that affect the area but suggestions would be appreciated. I've read previous post about this but they didn't specify the mod the caused the issue.

If I were you, I'd start by
If I were you, I'd start by disabling all non-ttw mods, starting the game, and see if that gives you an issue. Quick glance at your load order, I can't find anything that pops out. So you might be stuck going through one by one until you find a mod that gives you a crash.
