Small suggestions, mostly just little QOL stuff

I feel silly making a thread for something small, but I think it could be useful for many people who want to post little suggestions that might not warrant a full thread. Here's mine :

Railway Rifle Ammo is scarce in FNV. How about a Scrap Metal -> Railway Spikes recipe for Reloading or Science bench?

you could make one pretty easily, maybe collect a few of these recipe ideas and stuff and put together a small mod
