batch file directory

i am trying to set the FO3 traders to repair=100 and immortal, and can't find the correct directory for the batch file to do, can anyone tell me that location please.

You can execute a batch file containing console commands, so that you don't have to type them out in-game in console, just run the file with the commands inside.
