After traveling to NV and completing the intro, can i safely coc/moveteoqt between wastelands?

I know the train exists but I'd rather just quick swap between wastelands whenever I feel like doing something different. Is COC dangerous or is there another console command I can use to swap between wastelands?

TTW is supposed to automatically detect which wasteland you're in and correct it, assuming you enter the other wasteland in the outside main cell, and don't COC to an interior. In practice I don't know how well that works, but the train for sure sets everything correctly.

I don't COC unless im actually stuck someplace, which has only ever happened once. I'd consider Thermador's awesome transportalponder mod for easy back and forth between the wastelands. https://taleoftwowastelands.com/content/bigmt-transportalponder-upgrade

i tried and was able to safely travel between CW and MW via coc back and forth but you shouldnt do that before taking the Train because this way the NV story isnt triggered.

Take the train the first time to Vegas to set it properly. After that you can COC or use Therm's transponder. (Id recommend the latter)
