Doubled Vertibird drops

I have an odd issue with the scripted Vertibird drops of Enclave soldiers, namely that they happen twice in a row. For instance, when closing in on the highway close to Canterbury Commons, there is a scripted Vertibird drop. When sneaking up closer to it, the Vertibird drop is repeated. It has happened in other locations as well (that bridge close to the Chryslus Building, for example). No big deal, but I can't remember it from F3 - and it seems a bit odd.

What's your load order? I've been through the main story up to the point where the Enclave will start their Vertibird drops, and although I've seen plenty of them, I've never seen double.

Here. I'd check in FNVEdit if I knew what to check for.
