I have my load order set up correctly like it says in the Alpha Download and I have no other mods installed what's the problem?

You have seemingly dozens of installed but unactivated mods in your install. The game will still load anything in your data folder, if you don't want to use something uninstall it. On top of that, if that is your load order, even the base required masters are out of order compared to the install instructions of TTW.
