Seperate Profiles for NV and TTW

Hey, just wondering if its possible with Mod Organizer to have a profile for just NV and then a seperate profile for running TTW with?

The reason i ask this is because one I want to keep my heavily modded profile the way it is and two this way i can install TTW converted mods on the TTW profile, Thanks c:

It is possible. You can even launch MO specific profiles from outside MO with the right command line arguments. You'd have to look it up though, as I'm not at my gaming rig.
