Birth Scene at start of new game...

Just a small little bug that doesn't break anything besides immersion. At the start of a new game (fresh install of everything and only the TTW required files), when the birth scene is supposed to start, there's 5-10 seconds where the nurse is standing in front of you and nothing happens. Then it seems the scene is triggered and everything is fine. Like I said, it doesn't seem to affect anything, but it kinda freaked me out the first time it happened (and it happens every time).

I think that is caused by loading. It also happens in NV.

Unpredictable results can happen if you use mods when starting the game. Disable them all until you exit vault 101. If this is your only problem, it should be fine. If you experience game breaking issues, I would suggest disabling everything.

Your probably using an ENB aren't you? Alot of ENBs makes you see what are suppose to be "black-out" scenes, try disabling your ENB during that scene.
