We used a Bethesda supplied .bik file which makes this seem just as official as the rest. Read the thread, some good arguments are put forth for why in needs to be 9 instead of 4. Beyond saying that: This isn't the first time this exact same line of thought has been put forth. There's no mod that changes it yet, so I guess your mind will have to get used to it.

Personally, I don't care if it is 9 years later. Now if it was 20 to 40 years later and my toons were starting to be affected by age, then maybe.
