Do I have to reinstall FNV to play TTW? I know you need to start over which I am fine with but I have to reinstall the entire game and reinstall each mod one by one?

If you want to play TTW, you'll need a fresh installed version of FNV and FO3.
This mean no mods what so ever. After installing though, you can reinstall your FNV mods
I'm not alright, I'm an equal amount of left.
