Cutter at Paradice Falls with unusual inventory

So I was in Paradise Falls on business and stopped in at Cutters to buy more med supplies. Included in her inventory was 1000 Dinky the T-Rex toys and a QST: Souvenir Rocket. Umm, I only thought Cliff in Novac had those specific items? O.o

Just checked and it doesn't happen to me, she does have a lot of junk to sell though, I think she is selling everything in her clinic, but no Dinkys or Rocket Toys.

Don't know if they will appear when the inventory spawns again or not though.

I have gotten rocket toys and 1000 Dinky's when I rob her clinic. I never buy anything from her so I don't know if they are in her medical supplies or chem vendor screens though. I assume they would be if they are in her supply stash.
