well, i have been half-assedly working on a mod to do something like this for a while, but there's no finish date involved and significantly fewer guns.

There's this mod, although I don't think it is working as intended. It's been a while since I tried it, but iirc the items were all marked as owned by the Outcasts and so they became hostile if you collected any of the gear :/

You do know the Outcasts are supposed to become hostile once you enter the armory, right ? That's a part of the story, most of them get butthurt that you're getting gear and they revolt.

Specialist Olin and McGraw get angry too.
IIRC it works as intended, you are supposed to take a few things but not all unless you steal them, Aconagent always said that it makes no sense letting the player take everything in the Armory since the deal was take some things and the rest is ours (Outcasts).
I just read that mod description again and it says:
Things you can take without losing Karma and having to fight the Outcasts:
1 Winter Combat Armor
1 Army Mechanic Jumpsuit
1 Winter Helmet
1 Winter Helmet with the mask
General Chase's Trench Knife *New*
Some various ammo.
A few grenades
If you want the rest you will have to sneak around and steal it

^ i get that but why is all the prewar stuff nerfed so hard? also why only one winterized t-51b then?
About nerfed... it's called game balance. The DLC has a different balance then the main game. It's a simulation not the "real" game world.
idunno where you mean "nerfed". if you mean "between the sim and the regular game", then sesom's got the answer there. i haven't looked at that mod though, so i don't even know if the author rebalanced the cut OA weapons -- which weren't touched by TTW balancing because they weren't included. due to combat balancing TTW has to practically double the output of fo3 weapons.
