I think I know how I can contribute to this project.

I belived I can take the role of an unbiased, but not idiotic, 'new F3 player'.  The lowest common denominator (LCD).

Some of my reports will be as simple as grammar usage to make points clear... Others coudl be OMFG MY COMPUTER TURNED INTO HOT LEAD and it is climbing up my leg and getting closer to my eyes!  ;)

I could report confusions & problems that would trouble the new F3 player (forget about TTW as a perspective), where the more experienced modder/player would find it an annoyance and know how to work around it.

I think I could dissiminate the two LCD and the experienced player who is comfortable enough with mods & mod installation tool.  A Journeyman F3 player.  ;).  The LCD is not going to grasp what is going on in the backgrounnd and will need a little hand holding through the process, imo.

An example, as I'm only part way through the installation (time to tet to bed) just finishing the TTW Patcher.exe run.  Going to put the computer to sleep and pick it up again in the morning.

Two thinks I've noticed that would be nice for the LCD to have.

1.  The Dos Boxes during the patching process, could have little hand holding messages for when we need to "Press Enter"

2.  The TTW GUI be came (Not Responding) with busy pointer, which was lightly covered in the FAQ.  After all the Dos Boxes were finished and the last one closed, The GUI haves a final message of "Copying updated Tale of Two Wastelands files... Done"  The button underneath says "Install".  My confusion is "do I hit install button, or is the installation finished and I need to close this program"?  Someone is going to hit the red X in the corner.  "I" know to hit the Install Button, as the patcher was finished and now the TTW mod is setup to be installed, next.  So, I"m thinking more hand holding, indication of what is happening at each paused point in the patching & Installation process.

Ok.. that was $3.00 of .02 cents.  I'm going to bed.  :)

I already fell for my mentioned #2 above.  I was waiting/expecting the Installer to tell me something like "Your finished!  Go check your load order now."  A 'close' or "finished' button.  :/
